Deposit Policy
Date Deposits secure your date and as such, are non-refundable.  We will however apply the date deposit to a future date.

We are very flexible with menu selection changes up to 2 weeks prior to the event.  Final guest counts are required 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Menu Pricing & Staff Charges
Because we custom tailor each event to your vision and budget, prices indicated are for food only.  Check out our Menu & Venue Page for sample menus.
Depending on your requirements,  we will  staff as appropriate and always let you know exactly what to expect.  Due to fluctuations in market prices, published prices are subject to change. We will always keep you apprised as to anticipated changes.

Tastings
We encourage tastings!  We can meet to discuss your menu and schedule the tasting with you at no charge.

Included
We include at no additional charges, our decorative props which are distinctive and venue driven.  Our philosophy is that the food display must be beautiful.  We also include our china serving platters & bowls, serving utensils, and chef's tents. When paper products are indicated we include them at no charge.  We also do not charge for wine pours or cake cutting.  There are no hidden charges.

Fuel & Travel
Fuel Surcharges are a function of prevailing fuel prices. As your date gets close we will keep you apprised as to any charges.

Alcohol Policy

Our company is Licensed and Insured in both Vermont and New Hampshire.   Here are some guidelines for you when deciding about alcohol at your function.  Please remember that whomever serves or provides alcohol carries the liability and is responsible.
1.  If you want us to serve alcohol, we are required to provide it and serve it.  We carry the necessary liability insurances mandated by state law.
2.   If you decide to provide your own alcohol, Maple Street Catering cannot touch it. You can purchase the necessary insurance coverage for 1 day events.  Contact your homeowners insurance agent for information.
